SMS Terms & Conditions
1- SMS Consent Communication:
The information (including phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for any reason or marketing purposes.
2- Types of SMS Communications:
If you have consented to receive text messages from LetsAllRetire Inc., you will receive text messages related to the following:
1. Appointment reminders
2. You will receive a text after you opt in to receive information about our services to schedule a 10-15 minute phone appointment to go over your (2) options
3. Follow-up messages
4. Customer inquiries
Example 1: “Hello, this Zach. I am just reminding you that I will be calling you at 3 pm as we discussed earlier. Also, I will be going to the office specifically for this appointment, so please, please let me know asap if something else comes up. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from LetsAllRetire Inc. at any time”.
Example 2: “Hey George, I am in the Zoom room waiting for you. I sent you an updated email, and in that email contains a blue button to join the screenshare meeting”.
3- Message Frequency:
"Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments or account status."
4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
5- Opt-In Method:
You have opted in to receive SMS messages from LetsAllRetire Inc. by placing a call to our 800 number listed on the pink/ red notice that we mailed you. The notice that you called in about, and input the mortgage identification number. You can also opt in with these additional resources:
Verbally, during a conversation
· By submitting an online form to www.LetsAllRetire.com
· By calling in to our 800 number on the mailer you receive (pink or red)
· 6- Opt-Out Method:
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
7- Help:
If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP.
Additional Options:
If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.
